AF555-labeled Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) is a secondary antibody for immunofluorescence staining. Alexa Fluor (AF) dyes, trademarked by Molecular Probes, are advanced fluorescent dyes derived from Coumarin, Rhodamine, Xanthene, and Cyanine via sulfonation and chemical modification (e.g., Alexa Fluor 488, or AF488). They feature a versatile excitation/emission range (visible to infrared, blue to red), hydrophilic and stable properties (water-soluble, non-precipitating conjugates), enhanced performance (better photostability and signal strength for low-abundance targets), biocompatibility (low toxicity), and pH resilience (strong fluorescence across pH 4-10) [1]. They are ideal for labeling antibodies and proteins in fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, and fluorescence-based assays. Package: 100μl
